In April, 2006 we moved to a totally renovated treatment center located directly across from the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. We offer minimally invasive, state-of-the-art techniques for non-surgical treatment of spinal pain, acute pain, chronic pain and headache. Please click on "The Program" for a description of some of the more common procedures. Treatment may involve diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, medication, physical therapy, occupational therapy and psychological evaluations.
The practice is limited exclusively to Interventional Pain Management followed by post-treatment rehabilitation with therapeutic exercise to minimize the incidence of recurrent pain.
The goal is to eliminate pain with interventional pain procedures rather than reduce pain with long-term medication. The initial focus is on interventional pain procedures, medication and restoration of normal activity. Therapeutic exercises address the source of pain and can routinely be done by the patient on a self-administered basis in the home.
A referral to other specialists is made when indicated.
